Coloured Postcards

When I stand in front of the postbox to post the postcards that my students have written on,

I make a short prayer- that the postcards reach the one's they are supposed to.

That none is lost.

That none is unattended.

So that no child is left waiting for something that might just never come.

I want to start writing postcards too- messages of gratitude.

One night, I counted all the things I could be grateful for, I had 73 things.
The second night I had 64.
The third I had 40.

I will write on my coloured postcards. Messages of gratitude. Daily or almost. Because, someone is waiting for a thank you...

P.S. This blog has been inspired by a series done on this blog and the three nights I have already spoken of. Thanks Priyanka.
