Thank you for:
1. The Art Class: I painted after a long time. I was mighty pleased with the result! I also realized that truly some kids in class are better than me and will always be better than me- like AY who speaks so well, RR whose art today was more than beautiful and MP's memory of facts. I can never beat them. I am lucky to be their teacher.
2. My Haircut! It was long overdue. I finally went to this ok sort of place and got a good haircut. I won't know yet- it is still blow dried hence very tame.
3. The visit to that abominable school. For letting me know that starting a school in Bombay is possible and the only thing that is stopping me, is my need for excellence.
4. The call in the morning asking me to be the Curriculum Specialist at the training centre. I felt truly honoured.
5. Online radio- I am listening to it right now. It doesn't take up any space in my computer and I can listen to songs for the time they are on my mind.
6. The song and music classes- it's one thing to see kids read, write, help others, do math, answer questions, play, cry and totally another to see them SING!
